MANIFESTO
Urbanism: An Urban vision should be considered when designing. If possible the principles of new urbanism and place making should be incorporated.
Context: The architecture should interpret the context and not seem foreign to it.
Sustainability: Sustainability as far as reuse, energy efficiency and job creation should always be a priority.
Technology: Technology should challenge the status quo of design, construction and presentation.
Spatiality: The spatial experience of the architecture is paramount and should be simulated as much as possible.
Identity: The architecture should establish identity to create more cohesion and openness between public and private.
“He who works with his hands is a laborer.
He who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman.
He who works with his hands and his head and his heart is an artist.”
St. Francis of Assisi
